The location was very convenient as it is right across from the bus terminal and close to a bus station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit different attractions. The staff was exceptional, always kind and willing to help us with any questions or requests we had. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which provided a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided excellent service and amenities.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complementary chocolates and the spacious room with a comfortable bed. the hotel is conveniently located near the bus terminal and a short taxi ride from the city center. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the clean and refreshing swimming pool.
The neighborhood felt unsafe and not ideal for walking around. the staff seemed unresponsive and sometimes unavailable when needed.
